-Organize and manage the work of the design department, -Coordinate the work of the design engineers team, -Supervise the development of water supply, drainage and irrigation system projects, -Ensure the accuracy and compliance of design calculations and technical solutions with standards, -Supervise the process of preparing design drawings and technical documentation, -Cooperate with customers, partner organizations and other departments of the company, -Ensure the implementation of projects within the specified deadlines and with high quality.
