· Assist the pastry chef in the preparation of pastries, cakes and desserts · Prepare raw materials: weighing, measuring, sifting, preliminary stages of mixing · Maintain the requirements of recipes and technological cards · Assist in the design, decoration and packaging of cakes · Monitor the cleanliness of the workshop and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards · Wash and arrange work tools, equipment · Perform other tasks assigned by the pastry chef · Follow occupational safety rules
