Carry out the preliminary processing of raw materials required during the day Prepare and knead dough, ensuring the correct dosage of ingredients Perform the processes of dough fermentation, shaping and baking Maintain the heat treatment procedure according to established standards Be responsible for maintaining the bread recipe and preparation technology Perform the baking process of bread and bakery products Ensure the quality of the finished product meets the established standards Observe sanitary and hygienic, fire and occupational safety rules Participate in cleaning and disinfection of the production area and equipment Report production failures or quality deviations to the immediate supervisor Monitor the operation of the oven
